How do I change the email of my i911 account?
- Sign into your account using the email you've already signed up with
- Select the person icon at the top right corner of the screen
- Select "Change Email" and you'll be prompted to enter your new email twice
- Replace your current email in the first line with your new email
- Repeat your new email in the second line
- Select "Change"
- You'll be signed out and sent a verification email to your new email
- You'll need to open your messages and click the verification button
- Finally sign into your i911 account using your new email address and the password you've already been using
