- Sign into your account using the email you've already signed up with.
- Select the person icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Change Email" and you'll be prompted to enter your new email twice.
- Replace your current email in the first line with your new email.
- Repeat your new email in the second line.
- Select "Change".
- You'll be signed out and sent a verification email to your new email.
- You'll need to open your messages and click the verification button.
- Finally sign into your i911 account using your new email address and the password you've already been using.
