- Navigate to i911.com.
- Select the Sign in button at the top right corner of the page.
- Select I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.
- Wait for the email to arrive and use the account specific link provided to change your password.
- After you've changed your password, the screen should prompt you to use your new password to sign in.
